Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pranav TechLabs, we take pride in delivering highly functional, beautifully crafted, and premium digital templates. We want to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our digital product sales. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which digital items are sold, and the strict conditions governing refunds and cancellations.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you explicitly agree to the terms laid out in this policy. If you have any doubts about a product's features, we highly encourage you to review the live demos, read the technical documentation, and reach out to our pre-sales support team before finalizing your payment.

1. The Nature of Digital Goods

Unlike physical goods, digital software, UI kits, and website templates are intangible items that are irrevocably downloaded or accessed the moment a transaction is completed. Because there is no way to guarantee that a downloaded digital product has been completely deleted or destroyed from a buyer's computer, we operate under strict digital asset protection laws.

2. The "Strictly No Refunds" Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a template has been purchased and the digital download link has been generated and accessed by your account.

We do not issue refunds for the following common reasons:

• You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product.
• You purchased the item by mistake.
• You lack the technical expertise (e.g., knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Laravel) required to use, modify, or install the template.
• You found a different template you prefer after making the purchase.
• The template does not include a specific feature that was never advertised on the product page or live demo.

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

While all sales are final, we understand that exceptional technical issues can arise. Refunds may only be considered under the following highly specific circumstances, evaluated entirely at the discretion of the Pranav TechLabs technical team:

A. Major Technical Defects (Unfixable Bugs)

If the template contains a critical, reproducible bug that completely prevents its core advertised functionality from operating as shown in the live demo. You must report this bug to our support team. If our developers are unable to provide a fix, workaround, or updated file within 72 business hours of your report, a refund will be issued.

B. Non-Delivery of the Product

In the rare event of a severe server outage or payment gateway sync error where your payment is successfully deducted, but our system completely fails to generate the download file or allocate the purchase to your account. This must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

C. File Misrepresentation

If the downloaded zip file is entirely different from the product description (e.g., you purchased a Laravel template but received a static HTML file instead), and we are unable to provide the correct files.

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptional circumstances listed above, you must submit a formal request within 7 days of your purchase.

• Email your request to info@pranavtechlabs.com.
• Include your Order ID, Account Email, and a detailed description of the issue.
• Provide screenshots or screen recordings of the technical defect (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours. If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal or Razorpay) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards digital fraud and friendly fraud (unjustified chargebacks). Initiating a chargeback or dispute through PayPal, your credit card provider, or your bank after successfully downloading a functional product is strictly prohibited.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your Pranav TechLabs account will be immediately and permanently banned.
• The license to use any purchased templates will be immediately revoked, making any published sites using our code illegal.
• We will submit your IP address, download logs, and account details to the payment gateway and relevant authorities to contest the dispute.

6. Account & Subscription Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or delete your Pranav TechLabs account at any time through your dashboard settings. However, account cancellation is an irreversible action. Canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund for any past purchases. Furthermore, upon cancellation, you will lose access to your purchase history, future template updates, and product downloads.
