1. Digital Delivery Only
Pranav TechLabs operates exclusively as a digital marketplace. We sell digital software, UI kits, and website templates. We do not sell any physical goods, and therefore, no physical shipping or courier services are involved in our business.
2. Instant Access & Fulfillment
Upon successful completion and verification of your payment through our secure gateways (Razorpay or PayPal), your order is instantly fulfilled digitally.
- You will immediately be redirected to a success page containing your download links.
- An automated email containing your invoice and download instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
- Your purchased templates will be permanently available in your Pranav TechLabs Account Dashboard under the "Purchases" section for future downloads.
3. Delivery Delays or Issues
In rare circumstances, due to network issues or payment gateway synchronization delays, it might take up to 5-10 minutes for your dashboard to reflect the purchase. If you do not receive access to your purchased digital goods within 1 hour, please contact our support team at info@pranavtechlabs.com with your Order ID, and we will manually trigger the delivery.
